1. The service

Lexablocks is a free web tool operated by Pure Bluff (based in the United Arab Emirates) that uses third-party large language models to break Japanese sentences into clickable grammar “blocks” and provide AI-generated explanations and translations. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, and currently offers up to 50 sentences per visitor per day.

2. AI output disclaimer

Lexablocks uses third-party large language models to generate grammar explanations and translations. AI outputs can be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You agree that the output is provided as a learning aid only, not as authoritative language instruction, professional translation, certified interpretation, or any other form of advice on which you should independently rely. You are responsible for verifying anything you choose to act on. Pure Bluff disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties and any liability arising from your reliance on AI output.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, automate, or attempt to bypass the rate limits;
  • submit content that is illegal in the United Arab Emirates, infringes on third-party rights, or violates the AI provider's usage policies;
  • attempt to extract our system prompt, reverse-engineer the service, or otherwise interfere with normal operation;
  • use the service to produce content that violates the Terms of Service of our AI provider (Groq).

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Pure Bluff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Because the service is offered free of charge, any direct liability is limited to AED 100 in aggregate.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Bluff from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your submitted content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time and without notice if we believe you are violating these terms or abusing the service.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the emirate of Pure Bluff's registered or operating address.

9. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lexablocks. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the service, in line with the UAE Child Digital Safety Law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a notice on this page and surfaced in the app. Continued use of Lexablocks after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
